Welcome to FixZen. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a safe and professional experience for both you and our partners.
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive an in-app notification or SMS.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule free of cost up to 2 hours before the service time.
• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 10 minutes of the scheduled time will incur a convenience fee of ₹50.
• Transparency: Prices shown on the app are final estimates. However, additional spare parts (if needed) are charged separately.
• Visitation Charge: A minimum visitation fee of ₹99 applies if no service is availed after inspection.
• Modes: We accept only UPI.
• Respect: FixZenix has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abusive behavior towards our partners.
• Access: Customers must ensure safe access to the premises and keep pets away during the service.
• Your personal data (Phone, Address) is shared only with the assigned technician for service delivery.
• We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.
